I love the cheap version but my lady friends complain about the stubble. does the ultimate pro give a closer shave?** A: There will still be some stubble if you use the trimmer attachment. I would guess the stubble length to be about 1/16 to 1/32 of an inch long. I haven't used the shaver attachment yet (the one that looks like an electric razor foil), but just by looking at it, it appears that attachment would shave to the skin and produce a smooth result. It would then depend on how fast your hair would grow back out as to when that "stubble feel" would be there. **Q: How well does it work on coarse hair?
