Magnetic cover which is miles better than the old mesh tucked in to a ring. Sound is impressive for their size. I use them in a 5.1 set up for surround and music. Even a 4” for the center channel does the job fine. My recommendation is to get the adjustable Milwaukee hole saw. I used this and it cut perfect holes. It also has a dust catcher for ceiling install. You have to be careful with cutting since the bezel is tiny. Quality seems great. Not a paper cone which was important to me. Wish list would be star bit screws for tightening down on the drywall. Phillips slip sometimes. Less chance of damage to the cone.
