If you set the shocker on high enough, you are guaranteed to wake up. I experience my heaviest sleep in the morning, about when I should be getting up- Im a huge night owl, so I don’t get as much sleep as I should. I set it to 75% once, and it was an unpleasant experience but *definitely* woke up. Which is what I need. Now, I set it to 50% and that’s enough for me.
