**Q: What is the difference between the fresh whole egg and the scrambled egg blend?**
A: The scrambled egg blend also contains dry milk and oil, in addition to eggs. Just look at the pix of the ingredients label for each product.

**Q: How does this compare to augason farms dried egg product ?**
A: If you're making scrambled eggs, the Scrambled Egg Mix is fluffier and tastier. If you're using in a recipe, the Dried Whole Egg Powder would be best.

**Q: label says 2 tbsp = 92 servings; 1/4 cup = 1 egg;

how many tbsp in a 1/4 cup?? seems the "92 servings" is not true**
A: There are 4 tbsp in 1/4 cup. So if 1 egg is equal to 1/4 cup of egg powder, you really only are getting the equivalent of 46 eggs. The 92 servings is inaccurate. I have never heard of using 1/2 egg.

**Q: Photo of front of can says 92 servings.  Photo of nutrition facts on back of can says 46 servings.  Is it 92 or 46?**
A: It is 46 servings, which is equivalent to 2 eggs.  If you have a can that says 92 servings, then it's each serving is equivalent to just 1 egg.
