A: Whole grain steel rolled oats

**Q: this oat must be cooked first or it can be taken instantly?**
A: U can add as is to your yoghurt or any salty or sweet food or better roast it in a non stick pan with no oil or butter for 1 min (until golden) and keep it for many uses. 
I also add to my cake mix 50/50 -%
