Wonderful for Oil puling during Morning
I purchased this oil pack for oil pulling after I got a recommendation from my Ayurveda Doctor. I have tried it at a Yoga Resort and ordered it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised by its benefits. I am trying to extend my time from the existing 1-2 minutes to 4 minutes

People who really wants healthy teeth and gums ahould really go for it. Although the taste would take a bit of time to get use to it.
