Battery lasts about 20 sessions (massager automatically stops after about 15 or 20 min). Stays cool but top starts to get warm after about 40 minutes of continuous use. Slightly high pitched sound but fairly quiet. This is probably the smallest massage guns with that is full power. Quality seems very good. Comes with AC adaptor but can charge with most USB C cellphone charging cables in about 2 hours. My only complaint is I wish they used slick (non-grippy) attachments that can slide freely over clothing or not pull skin & hair. The use of nylon or delrin would be ideal for the attachments other than the rubber ball.
