The product has no grade, it may or not have a 64V grade anti-shocking or shock absorb-ption. I believe the standard is a 14V to 8V stepdown if you know how to properly ground with a wrist strap which would add the manuvre to ground when installing or mounting electronics. Knowing where they produce the rubber plastic and silicone sheet padding is Another thing!
