Been using it for 5 days now- every day, and im happy. My only advice is to use a good conditioner to soften your hair after using this shampoo, as it is specifically marketed towards men, so a good conditioner is a must! Noticed less shedding already, but it does strip artificial hair colour too, so just be mindful about that if you have coloured hair. Will be purchasing again.
