Review: Great quality loaf tin - Great bread tin, good quality. It is a nice big loaf tin which is great as we go through a lot of bread. The non stick quality is great, my loafs pop straight out after baking.

I bought it for making neat sandwich loaves and soft brioche and it has performed beautifully every time. The size is generous and the shape gives you that lovely tall, even loaf that slices perfectly for packed lunches and toast. The non stick coating works very well. The dough releases cleanly and the corners come out sharp and tidy which always feels satisfying. The sliding lid fits smoothly and helps create that classic straight sided finish that looks so professional. The pan feels solid and heats evenly which makes a big difference with enriched doughs like brioche. I have had no scorching or uneven browning at all. It is also easy to wash and dries quickly. If you enjoy baking bread at home, this is a really dependable tin. It has become one of my favourite pieces of bakeware and I am very pleased with it.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do you still need to grease the tin ? I am looking for a real nonstick tin like my Le Creuset  ones.**
A: You have to season it as per the instructions. It says to lightly butter and flour it before use each time and I must admit I do, but I don’t stress about doing it, and the loaf slides out so easily I’m not sure it’s necessary. One of the other reviewers has said she doesn’t. It’s an absolutely fabulous loaf tin, well worth the money.

**Q: Just got this and seems very large any ideas what weigh flour yeast to make a loaf to fit the tin?**
A: I made a loaf with 750g flour at about 66% hydration  and about 10/14g dried yeast it didn’t quite fill the tin once baked so going to try a kilos worth of flour next, Hope this helps.

**Q: Looking for a freezer airtight storage box with a removable divider for this loaf saw it on a utube video can anyone know where to get one**

A: the pullman loaf tin is for bread loaf . you can use the round cake tin to make a pie
