The handle cracked on my old ones and they turned a dingy off white color. One also had a crack in the side.These ones arrived all bright and crisp white. The slipped right into the swimmers and we're the right size for a perfect fit.They have just enough weight to sink comfortably into the skimmer with no gaps around the edges for debris to slip through.They're super easy to install by removing the skimmer cover and dropping them in.I suspect they'll last a long time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Fit and Better Price Than at My Local Pool Store *by on Reviewed in the United States October 11, 2019* I bought two of these Hayward Skimmer Baskets (at separate times) to replace 10 year old baskets for our pool. I priced these at our local pool store and saw that they were at least $6-7 more expensive per unit. I purchased them from Amazon instead and they are a perfect fit and work well. My only gripe is with the shipping. Each unit ships in a plastic bag within a typical, large Amazon box. Unfortunately, the box is a bit too large and the basket jostles around a bit too much. Unfortunately, one of the basket's handle broke, but I just pulled one off an old basket and the problem was solved.
