## Questions & Answers

**Q: What comes in the box?**
A: The stainless chopping and mixing blade, a dough blade, a stainless shredding disc, a 4mm standard slicing disc, a 2mm thin slicing disc, the detachable stem, small and large pushers, and a spatula.

**Q: How does clean-up work?**
A: Every removable part is BPA-free and top-rack dishwasher safe, and the brushed base wipes down. Hand-washing discs and blades keeps the edges at their best longest.

**Q: Who is this processor best for?**
A: Cooks who slice with intent, gratins at 2mm, slaws at 4mm, at batch scale.

**Q: Do I need a separate dough blade?**
A: No, the universal blade doubles as a dough blade. Start the machine first, then pour liquid in a slow, steady stream through the food chute so the flour absorbs it evenly. There is a dough blade sold separately if you prefer.

**Q: What's the best way to make soups, sauces, and dressings?**
A: Start the motor first, then pour liquid in a steady stream through the food chute so ingredients absorb as they blend. The 14-cup bowl takes up to about 6 cups of thick mixtures or 3 cups of thin liquids.
