Big John's Ol' West BBQ & Dippin Sauce - Gallon Jug

This is the only bbq sauce we buy. It’s sweet and rich.

I bought this for my son who is from South Dakota and this sauce is very popular here. He and his wife recently moved to Maine to be near his daughter, and the Ol' West BBQ sauce is not available in Bangor, Maine. My son mentioned on his Facebook page that one thing from South Dakota that he misses the most (besides his family) is the Ol' West BBQ sauce while he is throwing a BBQ. Well...mom to the rescue! I sent him a gallon of sauce, and his friends in Maine are all hooked on this sauce now too! I want to thank you guys for offering Big John's BBQ sauce online and for helping this momma still be able to do something special for her baby who is halfway across the country and not just a block away anymore. It's a happy-sad situation and you guys are bridging that gap!

I used to live in South Dakota, so I had this amazing BBQ sauce readily available. So glad I found it on Amazon. There is nothing like it! Trust me, nothing compares. I bought the gallon size and it keeps perfect in my fridge. Once you try it you’ll never go back to any other BBQ sauce.

We have been ordering Big John's ever since our friends from SD sent us a sample for Christmas 15 years ago. We love it for pork loin bbq and for grilling tenderloin and on burgers and any sandwich. Just the best taste!

The problem with this gallon jug was that the safety seal was intact but the seal of the jug was compromised. It could be unscrewed and removed from the jug and then screwed back on with the seal still intact. No air seal. The only clue was the BBQ sauce leaking out from the top 😫 unfortunately!!! It was made 100% right with me😊 I'm just sad that I didn't get my sauce because it's the best one I've ever had on ribs EVER

This is THE BEST BBQ sauce EVER!!Perfect amount of sweet and a touch of heat.I say it's the BEST try you can do. If you don't like it, I'd be SHOCKED!!

First of all this sauce is made in SOUTH DAKOTAI'd buy it just for that reason, but truly this is "competition ribs" style sauce.Not too sweet, perfect measure between sweet and sour, nicely seasoned!It is the only bbq sauce I'll use.It's actually best served on the side as a dippin sauce.When I go south for the winter I bring along a gallon -- this year I ran out--Ordered one on Amazon - same price as in the store -- came in no time!I am happy!
