However, the 5G offers 5G capability - hence the name. Most importantly though, the 5G comes with the greater performing Snapdragon processor rather than the proprietary Samsung Exynos processor. As well as greater performance, the battery life is also longer. The 5G variant also comes with 8GB ram as opposed to the original 6GB. My first lasted over four years of daily use before it finally gave up, and during that time it saved my phone's screen on multiple occasions after being dropped onto hard floors.The new case fits my Samsung perfectly, feels well made, offers excellent grip, and provides great protection without adding unnecessary bulk. After such a positive experience with my first one, I had no hesitation in buying the same case again.In my opinion, it's well worth spending a little extra. I'd steer clear of the cheap casesβ€”this one has more than proved its value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Protective without worry. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 February 2021* The raised edges are nice and the case doesn't feel bulky, I really like the case.After having the same 360 case on an S8+ for three years, I was concerned with having a none 360 or leather case on my new S20 FE but having this Smigen in hand, I can say I have no worries of scratches or damage.Also after seeing people complaining about screen protector and case incompatibility, I purchased the Smigen GLAS screen protector to be safe and it's a close fit, not a tight fit but it's rather good. Although there will be a slight dust collection along the edges especially with the raised edge case.One thing to note, after having a 360 case, I can feel straight away the different textures of the case. It's a strange 'nit pick' but I can see how some people can be put off by that.Overall, a great protective case.
