Sadly I have had to request a refund on the one my mum had as she could not open the lids as she has weakness in her hands. I do not believe people with arthritic fingers would manage these boxes either, even I had trouble sliding the lids open and I have no issues with my hands normally. Personally speaking although these boxes do look very good in practice they're no better than all the other mundane products available and they certainly don't deserve their high price tag.Another more serious concern that I noticed is that a person could accidentally slide the lid open too far so more than one compartment is open, thus over dosing on medication. Not an ideal situation for elderly people or anyone else for that matter..I think the manufacturer needs to look at a complete redesign, for instance a hinged lid on both the tray and the individual dosing containers might be more suitable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pill organiser *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ on March 11, 2022* Great organiser. These have large compartments which can quite easily fit quite a lot of medication into each of them, each separately for the Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Odds. When finished you can then slide the present days one to the back which then brings the next days one forward ready to be removed for the next day. Ideal if you are on a lot of medication (large compartments) multiple times a day.
