Review: Great product, great help from seller - I ordered this for my shop front to display our menus. Sign is well lit and easy to install. I had needed a part and contacted the seller. They graciously sent me the part I needed and instructed me how to install. If I am in need or a sign in the future I will be sure to reach out to these guys.
Review: Order crimp clips when you buy these, barrell nipples provided are terrible. - So, I really would like to rate this higher as they are very appealing hanging in our office windows. We have purchase 4, 4 frame hangars that all came with all the parts necessary, however the parts used are sub standard and don't hold the weight of the frames. Specifically the barrell nipples that are provided do not tighten enough to clamp the wire that hold the frames. If you try, the allen wrenches strip out of the bolt and render it all useless. I have purchased separate crimp clips to pinch down on them. They now work fantastic. Anyway, if you are still reading, this is a great product, but for that amount, it should include materials that don't fail immediately!

A: Hi James, thank you very much for asking. please well note that this series are total 3 pcs rather than 4 pcs, the purpose of the left side led window sign on the picture is showing more details for the right side. 
The video you watched is explained how to connect with the top side right? and the bottom side is the same way to connect like the top side. and you also can connect them both horizontal and vertical, this is advantage of our led sign holder.

It is important to know that these are not screens. They are lightboxes, meaning a static display showing whatever you slide into them, which works best if it's nothing too dark. I’ve used them as part of a display in the public-facing side of our office and they definitely bring attention to what’s in them. Each lightbox holds a letter-size sheet with a viewing size slightly smaller. Easy to set up but it is fairly heavy at 10 lbs so be sure to consider where and how you’d want to hang this up. No issues so far but I will update if I encounter any.
