Review: Keeps you cool - I mostly needed an umbrella for the rain but I thought it a good idea to buy one which could be used as a parasol. I have just come back from a very hot holiday and this umbrella was my saviour. It really kept the UV rays off me and was my very own piece of shade everywhere I went. Haven’t used it in the rain yet but I have every faith in it. It’s a really nice quality, not particularly lightweight and you do need a bit of ‘force’ to collapse it back down but I think this all demonstrates its sturdiness. I’m sure if I can manage that as a weak seventy something then anyone can! It does have a curious fishy smell on arrival but that has faded now. You can buy umbrellas for a couple of quid but I’d recommend this one for a few quid more.
