The box was smashed and opened when I received it, but there was no visible damage to the product. It did not come with any instructions, but it wasn't hard to figure out how to use it. only 1 of the bits fits in properly, the others just slide all the way down, but I've made it work. sometimes when I touch the buffer pad to my nail it stops, but if I increase the speed, it works better. I'm a little peeved that all the bits don't fit properly, but I bought a cheap item so I didn't expect actual salon quality. This is a fair product if you're short on money, or if you don't plan on using it much. I was really dissapointed. Worth it to invest in one a little more expensive.
