Because the connection distance of this in-ear Bluetooth earbuds is 10 meters (there is no obstruction in the middle), if the distance between your wireless earbuds and mobile phone exceeds 10 meters, the connection will be disconnected. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Far So Good *by M***N on 24 August 2020* Bought these to replace a set of ENACFIRE E18's after at 2 years old they decided to melt during a recharge, and I have to say I'm more than impressed.So here's the cons first, they are Chinese so you need to be ok with supporting a country with an atrocious track record on just about any environmental hot topic or human right violation you can think of, second the charger base's lid looks pretty flimsy which wouldn't be a problem if opening and closing the lid didn't turn the earbuds on and off. Alas since it does I predict it being a problem when it eventually snaps off in my pocket.The pros are, compared to my previously un-melted E18's their range, sound quality and usability are great, no longer do I need to make sure my phone is in the correct pocket before they pick it up, with these I can leave my phone downstairs and still listen to music upstairs with them. Regards usability they also both connect individually to phone instead of piggybacking of one side like the E18's, which means you can pull either from your ear and plop it into the charger without it having any effect on the one you are still using and vise versa. Doesn’t hurt the ears at all.
