My case effectively broke on the first use with the zip fraying some of the surround and then became caught.Given that this is a £250+ product the company should be ashamed of itself skimping on the quality of the case. I've had headphones which cost half of the price of this item which came with better cases.You may not think that the case is an important feature, but given that you're only buying this product because you have sensitive information you wish to protect it seems to be a major oversight on the products overall design not to include a useful case for it. The company should seriously consider redesigning / resourcing more rugged cases for these products and then doing their customers the service of supplying them with one.*********************************Excellent customer support from iStorage.
