Now whilst in my mind it’s the right thing to do, this automated dispenser makes it so much easier. Looks really good, fits in very well with my kitchen design. Matches my appliances. Being stainless steel, it’s very easy to keep the unit clean. It has a very premium look about it. The clear window, let’s you know when the unit needs a top up. Delivers the correct amount of soap every time. Just pop your hands under the dispenser and the infrared sensor , delivers the soap. I’ve been actively encouraging the family, to wash their hands more, thanks to this unit, it’s made the task much easier. Given the current advice, this is a must for every household. The only downside is that the unit does not come with batteries, but tbh, it’s not a game breaker. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't Buy *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 September 2020* Cannot be used with normal liquid hand soap such as what you can buy in Tescos or Aldi you have to dilute it as watery as possible so it will work. After diluting, it only squirts very little amount and amount cannot be adjusted so you end up having to let it squirt a lot of times to get the desired suds from the diluted soap. The sensor is also touch and go, you have to try repeatedly as it will not sense most of the time. I ordered 2 and Its now 2 months on and the other one stopped working. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Rubbish *by S***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 January 2021* Didn't always work and when it did a tiny bit of soap would come out. Even though the batteries were protected with two covers, water still got into the battery compartment.
