**Q: Is the 2500 big enough for an 1800 sf house?   there are 3 levels so we can move it around over the course of a week..  (House is vacant).**
A: Hello, the answer is yes. If you are willing to move it from room to room to use it or use the HVAC system of the house to circulate the O-Zone, it is more than sufficient to do that size space. You can put it near the furnace or next to the closest return vent to the furnace and it will distribute the O-Zone around the house by turning the fan on circulate. Hope this helps,

**Q: Can this be used in a stairway where people are coming and going?  It's a common area in a condo complex, and we had some problems with mold.**
A: You should only use it when no one is around. For an enclosed space, allow 12 hours after use before occupying the space. Ozone is generated. Not good for humans, but it will kill mold.

**Q: Can the unit be run with only one/two or three Ozone plates installed?**
A: Yes the more plates the more ozone production though.

I bought an older camper 27’. Had water damage. I sealed all the leaks cleaned like crazy. Took everything fabric out I could and washed it. Ran fans, dehumidifier, all kind of fragrances to try to cover up the mildew mold smell. Any area or site of water damage I sprayed a 50/50 water bleach mix still had smell. An ozone machine was recommended so I bought this one. Opened everything up inside and had fan running, ran machine for 40 minutes. Not real crazy of the smell after but I knew this was going to happen as it states. I have waited 12 hours to post this review as camper sat all night in the cold rainy weather figuring if it was going to come back this would tell for sure. It smells as it did when I walked out last night. Just amazing.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for cigarette smoke

I bought this new June 2023 for my hotel. Today (4/25) was the first time i had to change the plate inside. Granted, its used less than once a month on average but still works in perfect condition and gets the smell of smoke out! The ozone smell does linger unfortunately but we open up the windows (weather permitting) to help speed up the airing out process. I repurchased the smaller version of this one for our other hotel last month because we have been so happy with the results this unit produces
