The good is that they feel exactly like the pads that came with my headphones when they were new. The comfort is identical and I do not notice any change in the sound signature. The bad is how overpriced these are and how arduous their installation was. If you want the official Sennheiser earpads, there isn't much you can do about the price. Installing them wasn't complicated but required an astonishing amount of pressure to properly attach the ear pads to the frame. If I hadn't already watched a YouTube video that mentioned this fact, I wouldn't have dared to press so hard on the headphones for fear of damaging them. If you don't have a lot of gripping strength, you may want someone to help you. I'm a 28 year old man and my thumbs were aching after all was said and done.
