After nearly 10 hours of firmware updates, downgrades, resets, and repeated troubleshooting, support finally asked for the serial number. The moment I provided it, they immediately identified the problem: the seller had shipped a Chinese‑market unit that is incompatible with U.S. systems. This critical detail is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. There is no warning that multiple regional versions exist, and no way for a buyer to know they might receive the wrong one.
