The shipping company unpacked it and found that it was damaged, see pictures. The bottom cover panels had come lose and fallen inside the hot tub cavity. We decided to call Customer service, but no on answered. We went ahead and we plugged it in, according to the instructions, but it didn't work. The light came on, so we know it's getting power, but the jets don't work. I'll try calling customer service again on Monday. If I don't get an answer, I'll return it.Not very happy with this product. Delivery service sucked! Took longer than expected and didn’t seem to care how much I spent taking it off the truck. Broke after 4 days! Pump ticked from the time we got it and that sent red flag. Woke up on day 4 and it’s completely shut off, waiting to call the manufacturer to see if they’ll even replace it or help.
