The Amsec FS712E5LP Fire Safe is a great safe to have in your home, to protect valuables from fire or theft. It has a side boltwork mechanism incorporating two 1/2" diameter steel deadbolts that prevent door removal during a forced entry attempt. This safe comes with the new E5LP electronic lock with illuminated keypad and one 9 volt battery. The FS712E5LP has one drawer shelf, one internal anchor hole with hardware and four rubber feet. It has an impressive 1/2" thick door with an attractive two-toned sage finish. The safe weighs 70 pounds and has 660 cubic inches of interior storage space. The Amsec FS712E5LP safe is U.L. Listed 350 DegreeF, 1-Hour fire rating.

This safe is exactly what we needed as jewelry has gone "missing" in the past and this product keeps our valuables very safe.  It is compact, robust, sits on a shelf in our dressing room and is easy to use.  We had a problem at first changing the code but Customer Service was very helpful and walked us through it.  We would certainly recommend it.
