LOVE THEM ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than advertised! *by M***E on September 30, 2019* I'm a "not very good", 64 year old runner. I needed new running shoes so I did some research. I selected the Brooks Ghost 12's as I need a good cushion, good fit and a good weight. I have been having pain in my hips, knees, ankles and have had trouble with my shins. Also, despite my age, I still feel I can run faster than I have since I started 5 years ago. With these shoes, I no longer have the leg pain. I am running much better as my stride has improved due to no pain . My legs don't feel as tired during or between runs. I have honestly been struggling to run faster. Now that fall is approaching, the weather is cooling with lower humidity. I'm sure that is the main reason why I am running faster. But these shoes are also helping a lot. Since I got them, I have run faster times in the 1, 2, 4 and 5 mile road runs than in the past 4 years. My next goal is in the 5K. I haven't beat that time yet but plan to soon.
