**Q: I wear 7 3/4 ball cap I assume this is too small?**
A: I don't know ball cap sizes, but the hat seemed pretty big. Amazon is great about returns too! :) The hat is packed away at the school from the musical so I can't check it - but men can wear it - not just kids.

This was the perfect companion to the red cape I bought for my daughter to wear as little red riding hood to the father daughter dance at school.  My husband just wore his suit and this hat and had the perfect low key costume for the event. The ears on the hat are a little smaller than depicted, but they are still clearly visible and stand up nicely.
