Took over 4 months to get the product and then at the end of a 4-5 hour assembly (the one page set of directions was ridiculous - see photo - and all parts were in a bag unlabeled), I found that the front stabilizer (part #7) is missing and I cannot use the equipment!! I'm hoping they'll send me the part, but I refuse to wait over 4 months for that!! I emailed them today. Will wait to see what they say. The equipment overall seems fairly flimsy. I would not recommend it for any one who weighs more than 120 pounds or lifts any significant amount of weight. Should work for me being a women at 115 lbs doing light weights.UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE I EMAILED THEM ABOUT THE MISSING PART AND IT'S STILL NOT HERE! THEY WERE VERY POLITE IN THEIR CORRESPONDENCE, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE THE PART!
