While it still functions, the skimmer was damaged when I received it. I didn't wish to return the whole product, so I contacted fijicube for just a replacement skimmer. They demanded pictures, blamed the shipping company first, then all but outright accused me of breaking it and trying to scam them even though it was obviously damaged in machining.
