I grew up with my mom making this but I hate all the work of chopping onions and tomatoes but with this sauce just add oil, chicken, some crush tomatoes from a can, the sauce and then some almost boiled rice mix and steam for 15 mins!! I’ve never been able to make biryani until last night and it tasted almost as good as my mommas

Coming from a Bangladeshi background. This is a good one and has the right smell. Best sauce for butter chicken. Wont be disappointed. Try it and youll buy again guaranteed.

If you have learned to love butter chicken/nehari/tikka masala/korma in Indian restaurants in America this will not give you that experience.I cannot speak to its authenticity within some regional cuisine,What I can say is that I have come toexpect Korma to be mild and creamy not spicy and sour,I expect butter chicken to be buttery and rich not spicy and sour, andI expect tikka masala to be tangy and rich not too sour to eat, andnehari has a strong gingery flavor this was was at least vaguely reminiscent of what I expected but it was still strongly sour and if prepared as instructed spicy water with meat lumps.If you _love_ sour flavors and think Korma should be spicy maybe these will be just what you are looking for,I will be throwing out the remaining jars as I don't wish to waste more meat or force my husband to eat more barely edible things. In addition several jars arrived broken as they don't seem to have figured out how to package the jars safely.Good luck

I used this to make butter chicken and it was tangy buttery and delicious,I loved it and will buy it again and urge others to try it.

So I use my instapot to create fairly authentic biriyani in <20 minutes using this paste. Its spicy and tasty and no work!!BUT...I ordered six bottles and they were double wrapped in bubble wrap and yet one of the lids still came off spreading the oily paste over all the bottles. Its ok, I've wiped them as clean as I could and the remaining 5 are still sealed but this was kind of a bummer.I will order it again as its availability is kind of hit or miss at the local indian store and it tastes SO good but buyer beware.PS they did throw in for free some dry chili chicken masala powder AND an instant Kheer mix which was nice of them.

Product came leaking and not packaged securely, with the lid popping off. Otherwise, this product is usually good and the taste is authentic with a little kick to it.

This had great flavor and a good bit of spice. Would definately buy again.
