This makes the Traction Control System ideal for those with limited mobility, high blood pressure and other medical issues.Proper Posture Begins at the Machine In addition to helping alleviate pain, this sciatica pain relief devices also improves posture and corrects body alignment, which can reduce your chances of future injury. It all begins with adjusting the height of the padded lap belt; it needs to be in line with your hips. You’ll also need to adjust the width of the arm supports, which are also padded with high-density foam for your comfort. After that, you’re ready to go. You’ll also be supported by the padded, upholstered chests support and foam-padded head support when using the spinal decompression machine.Constructed for Stability You can trust that the machine will hold your weight. Review: If you suffer from back pain and have tried EVERYTHING that DIDN'T work, this is the product for you. - I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had to. I have suffered from back pain since I was around 11 years old (I'll be 40 in a few months). I can't even remember what it feels like not to be in pain. I have tried everything from skeptical as seen on TV devices, inversion tables, to pain killers and Yoga and meditation (Anything to stop the constant pain). So when I saw the Stamina Inline traction system I though..OKAY yet another device with high hopes that will probably end up at a yard sale some day, but like all the others before I decided to give it a try. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS DEVICE. Of course there are a few little things that are not perfect, and the construction is not aircraft quality or NASA certified, BUT for the price you can't go wrong. I owned an inversion table for 15 years and rarely used it. It was time consuming to take everything out of my pockets, find the space for it to swing wildly in the air, clamp my ankles in and have the blood rush to my head. And of course it never seem to work on the area that was in pain amd seemd to cause more pain in my ankles and legs than anything else. The Stamina is different. It's simple and fas., I can use it 10 times a day if I want, for a quick pressure release or a longer stretch. Best yey, IT ACTUALLY TARGETS THE RIGHT AREA. It takes a little getting used to and a little experimentation, but you can adjust the machine to stretch exactly where it needs to stretch. As a hint... Adjust the height high on your waist and the belt/strap close you waist to target the upper back and lower the height and move the belt back for lower back, somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot that gets the entire back. Hold your elbow close together for the upper back and farther apart for the lower back to allow more of a forward stretch. Bend your knees for lower back, straighten them for the upper back. So if it isn't stretching the right spot, experiment until it does. This isn't the machine to end all of your back pain for good, but if you are like me and live a life of constant pain, and have known your chiropractor and acupuncturist longer than your wife or husband, and know more about your massage therapist than your brothers and sisters, the Stamina InLine will be a great addition to your arsenal of healing if you take the time to learn how to use it. It's strong, affordable, reliable, simple, strong (I'm 6'0 200lb) and effective. I am completely satisfied and would give it a higher rating if I could.
Review: Best spinal decompression for the money, I've ever experienced! - Fantastic. For the price of a single session on a DRX9000 spinal decompression machine, this amazing device has made my back feel as good as it did when I went through a whole course of treatments at a spinal decompression center! It did things to my back right after assembling it, that I haven't felt for decades. I've tried hanging upside down, chiropractors, etc. But nothing could touch my hardest issue. My back has a very stubborn spot that only an expensive machine with expensive treatments could treat...until now. This thing is truly ingenious. Watch the product video. There are more videos hosted at YT. As one bends forward, the spine is both stretched and curved opposite to the natural curvature in the lower back. I have a herniated disk that has been debilitating for years. This device not only makes it easy to decompress the spine, it makes it easy to get in and out of the machine, making it much more inviting. This alone makes you want to use it, and in doing so, one discovers how beneficial even the casual quick stretch can be; Especially when your back pops in five different places and you immediately realize how much better you feel after walking around unaware of how much pain you simply learn to ignore without doing anything about it. By far, the best spinal decompression treatment for the money I've ever used! It can occasionally be a little difficult to reach the deeper stretch, but having a spouse or friend to spot you, and give a gentle push forward and hold at the end of the stretch can be very helpful! Got this for my wife who injured her back on vacation. Didn't have much faith that it could help me, but we were desperate, as spinal decompression is not covered by insurance. She made me try it and almost made a grown man cry. We are very thankful to have it!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Weight limit??? And height limit on the user?**
A: The manufacturer recommends the weight on this product should not exceed 250 lbs but they do not have a height limit.

**Q: Has anyone had issues with theStamina InLine Traction Control System and is there a warrenty and how is that handled? Thanks.**
A: I bought the Stamina Inline as an alternative to inversion for stretching my back. It came packed barely OK with parts loose in the box. Good thing someone taped all the seams or I would have had to make a trip to Home Depot for some fastener replacement shopping. Like another review I too had some problems with the quality of the welding and alignment. Mine went together OK but it's a little warped, and for $250 I would have expected better. (Definitely lower quality when compared to Teeter Hang Ups).I was hoping for love at first use. But even after an hour of trial and error adjustments I still am not sure if I like it. And I definitely did NOT almost fall asleep after five minutes like another reviewer. There is a lot of pressure on your shoulders and the chest pad is pretty inadequate. The only way to get back upright is to use your back muscles. My back isn't hurting right now. But if it were, it would make me pretty nervous to know that the only thing to get me out of the stretch was my back. At 275 lbs. and over six feet tall I also felt like the unit "withstood my structure with no issues". If it comes out of the box OK it doesn't look like there is much to go wrong or wear out over time....I have now been using it for over a month and I have been liking it more as time goes by. It still presses on my shoulders a lot but the Teeter hurts my ankles. It takes up less space than the Teeter and is easier to use quickly and move on. The Teeter, however, stretches the neck where the Stamina doesn't. I think the Stamina works better to hang clothes on. I like having both but I don't know which I would choose if I could only pick one.

**Q: Hello, I'm exactly 300lbs, 6'1 with a 42 waist. Is this to small for me to use? Thanks**
A: I'm 6'2" and 275lbs. My waist is closer to 48. It fits me fine with room to spare. I think it would still fit me even if my waist was well into the 50's. You would run into its limits by being a few inches taller, not wider. After using this machine for a while I have found it to provide a pretty aggressive stretch from shoulders on down, once you get it adjusted for your body. (It took me several days of fine tuning to get comfortable). It does nothing to stretch your neck. If your back is in good shape it will stretch it nicely. If you're trying to gently stretch a pulled muscle...beware. You are leaning over a framework and it's your upper body weight that is creating the stretching. To get back upright you have to use those very same muscles you were stretching. If they're hurting, you might be in trouble. I rigged up something so I could use my arms to help push me back upright to minimize that issue. But it's definitely something to think about.

**Q: How is this shipothrew ups, unpublished, or fedex????**
A: Just like everything else Amazon sells.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent machine for home use!
*by T***Y on December 26, 2024*

I have several bulging discs in my low back and have been going to physical therapy and getting traction to avoid back surgery. The traction was the only thing that helped, without it I had pinched nerve pain so bad down my leg I was using crutches. However, you can't wait for the expensive treatments every time the back pain flares up. I was skeptical about any home machine working well enough to really help. So far I have been using this everyday, sometimes for 10 minutes other times 30. It provides excellent relief. I tried a friends home machine you lay on and turn the handle yourself. It was bulky, uncomfortable and not something you can do easily and quickly. This doesn't take up to much room, it's very sturdy and I have been able to use it to stretch and strengthen my core as well as getting results very close to the traction I was getting twice a week. My only complaint is my arms and chest got quite sore the first several times I used it as well as any time I use it more than 10 minutes. But, I'll take that over the back and sciatic nerve pain. Overall I think it's worth the money. I've recommended it to several others I knew from Physical therapy, all of them who have tried it out agree it's a great alternative to traction.
