About 3 months ago I started using it daily and it really is a good product. I bought it especially for the desk and backrest, so I can work and type on my laptop while biking away. It's very easy to assemble, very sturdy - I think I'm over the stated weight limit but the bike can handle that fine. The desk attachment is a little wobbly but it's a desk on an exercise bike, it's not going to be perfectly steady all the time anyway. All in all I really like this product and it's helping me with my weight loss goals because it's not bike OR other stuff, it lets me do both. Unfortunately yesterday (Friday) evening after work it broke. Specifically the backrest broke. I leaned back, a key piece of metal broke at the weld point, and I kinda sorta fell off backwards. One email to the manufacturer later (service@netfit-europe.com) and today (Saturday) I get a reply telling me they're sending me out a replacement part on Monday, no hassle, no problems, no arguing. It means I can use it for far more than my original plans and my son, who is many inches taller than me, can use it too because the adjustments make it so versatile. The seat is well padded and comfortable.One star deducted only because it's slightly awkward to get on or off, although to be fair, that might be because I have put the bike in a pretty small space.
