Review: No bitterness, just yummy. - I love it! I put a little in my coffee and it's excellent in cookies. I often make a version of caramel popcorn where I melt butter, add dark brown sugar, and a spoon of blackstrap molasses, let it boil a bit and pour it over freshly popped microwave popcorn in large bowl or dutch oven. Stir it up carefully, it's hot. Let it cool down, and then it's mega good. Reminds me a bit of a childhood favorite "Cracker Jack" without the peanuts. Anyway, this brand is priced right, great quality, and the taste is addictive. No bitterness, just yummy.

The same ingredients in all USDA approved organic I just could not believe the beautiful Rich flavor of it that I can take right off a teaspoon and put it in my mouth which takes away my sweet tooth and gives me iron. **Q: Is the bottle BPA free?**
A: It doesn't say so on the bottle. However, it is fairtrade certified, hand harvested, greene cut cane ( fields not burned), and sugar mill is energy self sufficient. Bottle has #1 recycling, a check mark, which I don't know the meaning of and a circled U. If a company is that green, I can imagine they fill the product into a BPA free bottle.

**Q: Is it a glass bottle or plastic?**
A: The bottle is plastic.

**Q: Is there a P65 warning label on this product?**
A: Yes, and i didn’t know this.  I can hardly see it. The print is so small. How can I get my money back?

**Q: Is it good for baking bread?**
A: Yes especially cookies, it will give it a ginger bread kinda taste.
