The weight is about the same as other cages I've had or reviewed on the market. It is a well made cage and very sturdy. Comes with a magnetic Allen wrench on the bottom of the cage which is always a nifty extra. Lots of places to mount attachments and accessories on the cage/cheese plate. I would've given it 5 stars but my only negative is that it obscures some of the top buttons on the BMPCC 6K a lil. Nothing to lose sleep over.
