I don’t see anywhere that it mentions that and in pictures the color of the cones looks light.** A: When I spoke to the owner Keron, I was told they are very light brown to ensure purity. I don’t believe they’re bleached, but I’m not positive. **Q: is the pusher or loader tool made of wood?** A: Well, they are made out of "processed" wood. They are little round cardboard pushers. And there are a LOT of them in this box. **Q: What is the ountry of origin of this product? Where is this made and where are the materials sourced from?** A: In the description section it says it’s a European product. Also, it states throughout the description section multiple times: NOT MADE IN CHINA. We haven’t had any issues with this product.
