Used mine for a few weeks now, it cushions the bar nicely, it doesn't move up and down the bar at all and once the bar is in place on your shoulders it doesn't rotate around the bar either. Easy to take off and refit, just two straps with velcro and a plastic buckle to double back through, Even comes with it`s own bag if you need one!
