The product works very well. The child using it has moderate C. P. and the device holds her head out of the water nicely while allowing her greater range of movement in the pool. Of course, as always, she is under constant close- by adult supervision while she is in the pool. My only other comment is that the lavender float under the middle of the child pictured in the description is not part of the package.
