You'll see some dark colored dots (they're normal), but if there's too many dots or if it looks discolored (from sitting on the shelf too long/heat exposure) I won't use them personally and I wish the packaging was better (side complaint).These are a life-saver though, I have anxiety and sometimes I get nausea from anxiety or a panic attack, I take these and it takes my mind right off of it and eases the anxiety/panic attack. They also work good in general if you have gas issues or stomach problems. I've also used them a few times when I had trouble eating and they're like a "cheat code" meaning I'd take 1 or 2 of these tablets and wait a minute or a few minutes and my appetite would be back and I'd be able to finish my meal I was having. I'm a skinny guy and I've had points in my life where I just couldn't eat and these do actually help me more than anything.While these do help me, it may or may not for you, but it's worth a try, especially if you're desperate for even a tiny bit of respite, I really recommend these and they taste decent as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent results *by D***N on December 31, 2024* Fast acting.
