Additionally, they asked if I would consider removing or updating my review, which I am doing now. I think this makes good business sense. They've made better a situation of one I thought was dead in the water to quite frank. They have promised to update their engineering efforts and to make a better product. Considering that if they give you a lousy product, they will seek you out to return your money if you write a bad review, it seems like a good idea to give them another shot, because I'll get a refund if it's no good, right?Old review: If you're using wireless charging, this item is the worst. You have to take it off to charge it, but it's a huge pain in the butt to get it on and off. Again, after about a month, the cover for the power button broke off.Overall, everything about this product is great, except that it doesn't hold up very long. If you're looking for an inexpensive phone case to use while waiting for a custom case to arrive, this case might be for you.
