I wanted a little more crunch to them, I think. They're actually just pretty much roughly ground sunflower seeds with just enough other stuff to hold them together when they're extruded and cooked. Slightly sweet. Nothing wrong with them, really, but I just feel like I'd be better off eating whole sunflower seeds, for consistency and flavor. I think the manufacturer made exactly the product they wanted to, to a high standard, it's just that for me, I don't quite see the point of not leaving them in seed form.
