Ich besaß früher einen anderen Basalthermometer, der jedoch keine Bluetooth Verbindung anbot. Da ich zugeben muss, dass ich morgens aber recht faul bin, um eine App zu öffnen, und dort meine Basaltemperatur aufzuschreiben, habe ich mich nun für diesen tuereren Thermometer entschieden. Ich habe mir die App heruntergeladen, und die Anweisungen sind sehr klar und leicht zu verstehen. Nachdem man den Thermometer mit der App verbunden hat, muss man ebenfalls angeben, ob man die App zur Verhütung oder zum Schwangerschaftswunsch verwenden möchte, was ich sehr toll finde! Wenn man die App z.B für die Verhütung verwenden möchte, dann kann das einem eine exra Sicherheit geben, dass die App halt weiß, dass man auf keinen Fall eine Schwangerschaft haben möchte. Was die Messungen angeht, kann man auf der App ebenfalls eintragen, ob man diese Oral, Vaginal oder Anal machen möchte. Wenn man sich eine der drei Optionen aussucht, muss man jedoch immer mit dieser fortführen, und nicht täglich abwechslen, sonst könnten die Resultate unpräzise werden. Wie ich bereits sagte, bin ich morgens sehr faul, um noch eine App zu öffnen, und meine Basaltemperatur eingeben muss. Anfangs mit diesem Thermometer, habe ich meine Temperatur gemessen, und dabei die App auf dem Handy geöffnet, damit die Temperatur auf das Handy übertragen werden kann. Jedoch mittlerweile ist mir aufgefallen, dass man die App garnicht geöffnet haben muss! Es reicht aus, dass die Bluetooth Funktion auf dem Handy aktiviert ist, und das Handy in Reichweite ist, und die Resultate werden ganz von allein zur App gebracht! Es erfordert also wirklich keinen Aufwand. Was mir ebenfalls aufgefallen ist, ist dass die Temperatur sogar schneller entnommen wird, als einem gesagt wird! Ich glaube es wird angegeben, dass die Prozedur um die 30 Sekunden dauert, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass es viel schneller geht, was also noch ein Pluspunkt ist! Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, dass ich mich für dieses Thermometer entschieden habe. Anfangs war ich mir unsicher, da ich den Preis etwas hoch fand, aber schlussendlich bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann mir kein anderes Thermometer mehr für das Tracken von meinem Zyklus vorstellen.
