After using the NIGHTIME - I’ll never go back if possible. If you have Any itch, sickness w congestion, runny nose- use it. The everyday use with the nightime can make some people get itchy throat I’ve heard, but this is due to the plant extract- “”””Eucalyptus””” (main/only real difference) I use it daily all day when I’m flaring up or sick and if not just at night before bed. If not i wake up with migraine headaches due to sinus / allergies. Try it! Maybe go with the reg, get your passages and throat used to the drip down and then you can switch over and adapt with ease. I do find if i over use the product I can feel it in my throat on occasion the day after. If you have migraines from sinus pressure like me- you’ll forever trust me! :) I have multiple medical courses/license in areas and i suggest to my patients when needed as well. My kids use the baby version. **Q: Can i use this nasal spray at day time l? or inly at night time?** A: You can use it in the day or night. The night time one has eucalyptus and menthol, for me it has a slightly burning sensation and smells a little like Vicks vapor rub. But after about 10 minutes it does seem to help with a stopped up nose. I had a 20 year deep sinus infection caused by a C-Pap machine.Only used the C-pap machine for 6 months & realized the damage it was doing to my sinuses & quit. But the sinus damage was done,... long term stuffiness, sneezing eveery morning, & runny nose. Docs had no answers except drug sprays that didn't work & just made things worse & actually damaged the liniing of my nose.Eventually I looked for a 'natural' less harsh cure. Vitamine did not help. Ocean Saline spray seemed to help a little so I used it for abut 2 years. Then It was not avail anymore so I tried off-brand saline sprays but they were weak pretenders.Saw this style of saline spray on amazon, didn't know what it was for sure. But WOW. This stuff has more controlled power behind the spray & a great distribution tip. Pre-pressurized make for a nice, uniform application.TIP: I used a different procedure from the one sugg on the bottle: I don't do the 'spray in one side of the nose & have it flush out thru the other. Instead'. Instead, I spray each side loading saline into both sides & inhaling slightly,...then tilt my head back & this causes drainage down the back of my throat & I spit it out. Uses less solution, not as messy, more control & works!I alternate between the Regular Saline version, the Extra Saline version, & the Yellow can version with an herb additive. The herb additive version does sting a bit but I believe it is well worth the discomfort. That's why I alternate. I also try to lay down after spraying to encourage the solution to penetrate deeper & stay longer bathing nose lining. I spray about one second in each nostral, which is not the hold & flush out approach they suggest.After using this first week I also avoided blowing my nose (unless absolutely necessary) after each treatment to encourage bathing the nose lining. One treatment in the mornng, one before bed. Often sleeping on my side encouraged nose to decongest naturally & encouraged clear breathing.NOSE & SINUSES HAVE A MORE NATURAL RHYTHM NOW.
