It took just a few minutes to snap everything into place, and the case fits my Raspberry Pi perfectly. The design is well thought out, with access to all the necessary ports and even space for a heatsink or fan that comes with it. The case feels sturdy and well-made, offering excellent protection for my Pi while still being lightweight. Value for money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Very quiet and effective fan after a month; solid case, good video cables and customer service! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2019* This is a review for the Smraza Raspberry 4 Case Kit with case, microHDMI to HDMI cable, microHDMI to (female) HDMI adapter cable*, and power supply with on/off button.The case is easy to assemble - each layer on its own seems small, but when put together they're fine. Note that if any clear layer appears frosted, you haven't actually pulled the protective film off - the actual layers are alternating crystal clear and opaque black, with top and bottom being crystal clear.The rubber feet are quite tall, which gives the bottom good airflow if it's set on a reasonably flat surface. The power supply works fine - no undercurrent issues that Raspbian noticed.Most importantly to me, I've left it running for a little over a month, and it kept the Pi4 in good condition the entire time.The fan in 3.3V mode (read the instruction card - there's two different pin pairs on the Pi4 to choose from) started off extremely quiet, and a month later is still extremely quiet. It's barely audible at less than an arm's length away in a quiet room. Farther than that, or closer but with any kind of background noise (for instance, from a video or movie or game or whatnot), it's inaudible, which is precisely what I needed. The fan also starts up immediately in 3.3V mode. The cables for the fan stay tucked inside the top cover of the case pretty easily - just make sure to plug the fan cables in before putting the top cover on and it's very easy.All in all, an entirely satisfactory Pi4 case for general use, even as a home theatre setup with the fan running in 3.3V mode - which is more than enough to handle video.The kit I recieved did come with one extra of the smallest heatsinks, which was good as one of them had a tiny piece of something on the thermal tape; thus, like many 'some assembly required' pieces of furniture, the spare you'll need is already included in the box!* I, like some other early customers, originally received a one-piece male microHDMI to female HDMI adapter which was impossible to safely use for dual display due to how wide it got (HDMI width) so close to the case. A simple email to smraza resulted in them offering a variety of options, of which I chose to receive the longer (about 6" overall, as it turns out) adapter cable that they're including in newer kits at no charge. The cable arrived sooner than expected, and worked perfectly - it's more than long enough for easy, comfortable dual displays with plenty of clearance between the power cable and both microHDMI ends of the video cables. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great case and accessories for Raspberry Pi 4 *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2019* Great case and assortment for Raspberry Pi 4. Fan is running on the lower power mode and is extremely silent and when I checked the temps they were in the 30's to 40's Celsius vs my RPi 3 on passive cooling in the 50's to 70's. The top plate pin access makes it easy to switch the pins to the higher powered fan mode easily or add additional components. I went with the option with all the extra accessories but it came with the silver heatsinks. I also bought a basic RPi 4 with black anodized heatsinks. This is where I say follow the instructions. It worked out for me cause I went through steps 1 through 5 on initial case assembly. Step 6 is where you place the heat sinks after step 5 where you place one of the layers that has internal covers. The black heats sinks worked great for all the chips except the smaller ethernet controller because it was near the edge of the case cutout and the black heatsink was larger than the chip. It would fit in the hole but it would also come into contact with several surface mounted components. If I had placed the heatsinks first then I would not be able to install that layer of the case without cuts. I instead used the smaller silver heatsink that was included with the case and it was the perfect size and fit for that particular component.
