**Q: How do I know when the wood is ready for cooking?**
A: Hi there, We say it's ready when there is not a large flame.

**Q: How large is each piece?**
A: Each piece is approximately 10 inches long and the diameter ranges between 2-4 inches. A bag contains 10-15 pieces depending on the size mix. Since this wood is used as a smoke and flavor enchancement to your primary fuel source you only need to use one piece per cooking session and you can use your KUDU smoker lid at the end to extinguish the wood for use on another day. You can easily get 15-20 cooking session per bag of wood.

**Q: How many times can I use a piece of wood until it’s not useable anymore?**
A: It's awesome BBQ wood but it's like any wood. Once it burns. it's gone. So one and done.
