**Q: Does this DVD come with instructions?**
A: found instructions online , but they are amazingly simple. google it for yours.  https://my.cadillac.com/content/dam/gmownercenter/gmna/dynamic/manuals/2008/cadillac/srx/2008_cadillac_srx_navigation.pdf has details for a 2008 srx , but basically have the front open and eject the old disc. (NOT the regular slot for cd and dvd's)  put the new one in and close it. poof it's installed

**Q: Will this dvd work on a 2006 cadillac sts?**
A: no but this one will work

**Q: New install-  so this disc is will work as a fresh install for a 2008 Yukon hybrid?  It does not have a navigation system at all.**
A: you must have a navigation drive at least, then yes it will work. dvd and dvd plus navigation drive is different make sure yours has the nav drive

**Q: Will this work for a 2014 gmc sierra with bose?**
A: No! 2011 was the last year for the DVD. I believe updates are now done at the dealer.

Do not bother upgrading the GM navigation. My experience has been horrible as far as the voice recognition is concerned. So very, very frustrating to use and it does NOT work.
