I had used it to the point that I don't need it very much. I have a very sister-like close friend with scoliosis (sc), who has pain in her back and hips every day. Last weekend, I got her to try it and she had almost instant relief in her lower back AND hips. I don't know who was more thrilled! This woman has lived with daily pain all her life. I left the brace with her to use as long as she wants to. If she gets constant relief when using it, and if I need one again, I will order another one.
