The shipping was delayed by a couple days, but everything about this mini fridge-freezer is so great thus far that I’m giving it five stars regardless. I’ve only had it for a day so can’t speak to the longevity yet, but it came fully assembled with all the shelves neatly taped in place inside, well packaged, and arrived in a couple days. **Q: What is the difference between this model and the rms550ps model?  are the bins in the door the same or is there a different storage arrangement?**
A: The difference is the door finish.  Stainless steel vs platinum finish.  I have SS and I love it

**Q: What is the difference between the avanti model rms551ss and the avanti model rms550ps refrigerator/freezer?**
A: SS is for a stainless steel finish.  The other is a platinum steel finish, which I believe is smokier looking.  My SS one looks great

**Q: what does partial automatic defrost system mean?**
A: Don't know mine never worked. I'd suggest going to s brand that will support thier products

**Q: is it a frost free?**
A: Although it is not frost free, we are impressed with how well both the freezer and the refrigerator function. Quiet and efficient.

### ⭐ Missing drawer, broken foot

There was no freezer drawer and the right-front foot of the fridge arrived only 1/4th there. The rest had shattered off before packaging, because there were no pieces of the foot in the box. They sent a freezer drawer that doesn’t fit at all. They sent a foot which does work. Difficult customer service experiences and A LOT of paperwork. Not sure if I’ll ever get the right freezer drawer. Fridge is right a waterfall in the back or an ice wall. Trying to adjust to the right temperature, but after a week or more of fiddling, it’s still not right. They ultimately said that it was a misprint that there was a freezer drawer and they sincerely apologized for the mixup.
