The cpap pads made with soft and breathable material, very soft like fleece to me, easily hand washed and air dried, reuse many times. **Q: Is this made in the USA?** A: Not certain but it seems to be. I would guess it was made in the USA because there was no long wait for it to arrive, i.e. was mailed from a USA address and it did not smell of chemical or any other odd smell when it came as foreign things sometimes do. But, that's just a guess. **Q: Where are they made?** A: China **Q: Are you able to use this strap in So Clean2 cleaner system?** A: Yes! I use a large full face mask and I am able to put that big mask, its frame and head straps with the Neck Pad on it all into my SoClean2 each morning. Just detach the frame/mask with the Neck Pad still on it from the hose and lower it into the SoClean2. Then I put the hose thru the SoClean2 hole made for the hose.
