It may sound silly but we really couldn't live without these when we barbecue.  We spray them with non-stick spray and grill our vegetables or any small item on it rather than having to clean the grates of the grill.  You can even put them in the dishwasher and reuse them.

These are absolutely great to use for vegetables on the grill!  No worries about them falling through the slats and they cook evenly!  Even better... nothing to wash!  LOVE them!
